Having never had a particularly good experience of buying cars before, I suppose I was expecting the usual service. However, the team at Longspear certainly went a lot further than any other dealer I have been to. From the pick up from Cardiff station, through to the prompt response to all queries, the service was very good. The car was well prepared, and all of the work we agreed was done on time. Your whole approach made a refreshing change from what is so often the norm in the motor trade. You retuned calls when you said you would, the car itself was beautifully presented ( i did appreciate the effort jason,especially on a hot day!!) when i arrived to collect it with all the jobs done as promised and bang on time ensuring a smooth easy handover.
Most refreshing was your willingness to try hard to have a deal and i am sure this will stand your business in good stead for the future. To any other potential customers reading this i strongly advise that you give Longspear a chance of your business to make sure you really are getting the best deal. Put simply this organisation is NOT greedy unlike so many other garages who value your part exchange as if it has Swine Flu whilst thei car is always at Top money.
Longspear were prepared to go the extra mile to secure a deal and basically work for less than they would have liked on the basis the deal was still profitable and so to do it, wheras so many other garages are so greedy they want to virtually steal your px and get top money from you for their vehicle.
I would advise that if this is the type of experience you encounter every time you change your car then it is time you tried Jason or Nick !!!

I just wanted to send you an email expressing my heart felt gratitude over the recent situation with my car.
You are already aware that (being a sales person) I am quite skeptical (as many people are) of second hand car dealers, and when my car was found to have an existing fault; I was extremely worried and upset that I was not going to be helped.
Many people aren`t helped, and it`s a very laborious task to get resolved often ending in substantial loss to the customer, it`s probably one of the biggest topics on the internet! But despite costing you the price of another engine and a new radiator-
which would have undoubtedly wiped out your total profit and ended up in you making a loss;
you still did this for me and returned my beloved car.
